1-Ingredients:

Water- 30% Natural Fruit juice - Sugar - Citric acid – Emulsifier (E466) - Natural color (E160b) -

Natural flavor - Sodium Benzoate.

2-physical requirements:

2/1 Brix 15% (at 20o C)

2/2 PH 3.7 + 0.1 at 15% (at 20oC)

2/3 Acidity not more than 1% as citric acid.

2/4 Product has specific odor and taste.

2/5 Volume not less than 190 ml.

2/6 Product free from artificial color and artificial sweetener.

2/7 Insecticides must conform with FAO/WHO and Egyptian standards.

3-Micro organisms:

3/1 free from pathogenic micro- organisms.

3/2 free from micro- organisms which cause spoilage.

4-Filling and package:

4/1 Filling at 85-90oC

4/2 Filling into 190 g. Doi- Pack

4/3 Production date is embossing on side of Doi - Pack.

4/4 40 bags per each carton.

4/5 Carton must be arranged on pallet as follows: -
